After 2 weeks of negotiation, the deal was closed and they started leasing 12 seats from Unique Interaction and is very much satisfied with the savings and at the same time the way we treat our customer.
Call Center Predictive Dialer
After many months of back and forth negotiations, Unique Interaction finally signs a contract with HTMT one of the largest Call Center here in the Philippines to provide them with an open source dialer. They are known as one of the major players in the outsourcing industry was looking for a competitive cost on a dialer because most of the common day dialers in the world are over priced. UI is excited to work with them and continue to grow with them as they become the number one call center in the world.
Outbound Call Center
The owner of one of the largest distributor of PYNK( A mobile phone company) in Australia flew here in the Philippines looking for a company to be one of their marketing arms. He met with the Owner of Unique Interaction and after a few days of negotiations, the project has been finalized. 10 agents were hired for this program initially and training was done for 1 week, After a week of telemarketing, the Owner decided to double the number of agents for his program, Till now, the account is still active with us and our Australian client is very much satisfied with his savings and at the same time the productivity of his agents. |
