Everything that we do is prepayment.

Around 400 to 600 depending if the agent is manually calling or if they are predictive.

Would there be any cover for breaks and lunches?
There is a 1 hour break but the agents work a full 8 hours.
Can we still have access to listening to outbound calls and statistical reports too?
Yes you can have access to those as well
Do you supply the leads for the agents to call?
Sorry we do not our clients are required to provide them.
Can we initially work on a month's trial?
What we do is on a month to month basis but if you want to get a better rate if long term contract is signed.

Can I have direct contact with the agents that my company is going to be working with?
Yes, through any type of messenger or through phone or email

Can I add additional agents at anytime?
Yes you can, just let us know at least 1 week beforehand.
Can I choose my agents?
Yes you can, we will have the agents ready and set them up for a final interview with you.
Can I replace my agents?
If you think that you are not satisfied with an agent’s performance and you want them replaced, just let us know beforehand so that we can have the replacement agent/agents ready
 
How many hours does an agent work in one month?
The agents work a total of 160 hours per week that is based on an 8 hour calling day, 5 days a week.
What other types of services do you offer aside from Outbound and Inbound?
We also provide Chat-support, Email Support, Data Encoding and content writing.
Are the Telco charges included in the package?
Yes it is, you will be given unlimited phonecalls to the mainland US and Canada.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, everything is month to month, if you want to sign a long term contract you will get a lower rate but you will have to pay in advance
What types of payments do you accept?
We only accept payments through bank transfer
Do you accept late payments?
We do not offer late payments, if payment is a day late your agents will be sent on leave until payment is received
Do you offer US 800 numbers?
Yes we do at 10 USD a month
Do you offer AU numbers?
Yes we do at 10 USD a month
Do you offer UK numbers?
Yes we do at 10 USD a month
If I have more then one agent can I get a discount?
Yes you will get a discount but only for 10 or more agents
Do you offer live video feed of the call center where the agent will be working?

Do you use Voip?
Yes we do, in the US we use a level two tier provider, in the AU we use a company called Pennytel, in the UK we use a company called Voiptalk.
Can my agents have web cams do I can talk to them real time?
Yes for an extra 10 dollars a month.
What happens if there is down time?
We will deduct the amount of hours that the agent was not able to call off your next invoice.
Do you record all your calls?
Yes we do and you can access them via the internet

Can I hear that agent while they are making phone calls real time?
Yes you can and you can even barge the call to take over the call via the internet.
Is it cheaper to out source to the Philippines if I did it in house and hired my own employees?
No its not, we offer full service, meaning that we pay the rent, internet, Power, VoIP, computer, headset, station, payroll, accounting, HR, hiring, dialer, PBX, servers etc.
Do the Agents have a Australian accent?
We have many agents that have been working on AU accounts and have been trained in the accent
Can you provide reports about how many calls the agent has made and the end result of there calls.
Yes we do, it can be accessed via the internet.
I really don’t understand what seat leasing is.
Seat leasing is known as you rent a station at our office for your agents but you have to provide a agent, Payroll, corporation and management. Pretty much you are renting a station with everything that you need in order for your agent to make phone calls and get everything that you would need without having to build your own call center.
I really don’t under stand package B.
Package B is something new that Unique Interaction came up with about 6 months ago, it’s a mix of package A and package C but you are the one that has to manage the agent.
If I decide that I want to use your services what’s the next step?
Once you have decide that you are going to work with Unique Interaction then we would send you an agreement and set a date for you to interview agents or if you like we can pick the agents for you. Once you have picked your agents a training date would be set and then we would decide on a start date. You would receive an invoice from us and once that invoice has been paid via bank transfer then the agents would begin working for you.
I have my own hosted dialer that I would like to use, is that ok and can I get a discount?
Yes you can 100 dollars per agent.
Do your agents have an accent?
Yes some but very hard to notice, accent is much better then India because the Philippines was colonized by the US
I’m not happy with the agent that is on my account, can I pick a new one?
Yes you can, please give at least 3 days in advance.
Can we pay by credit card?
Sorry we do not accept credit card.
