Seat leasing is known as you rent a station at our office for your agents but you have to provide a agent, Payroll, corporation and management. Pretty much you are renting a station with everything that you need in order for your agent to make phone calls and get everything that you would need without having to build your own call center. |

Package B is something new that Unique Interaction came up with about 6 months ago, it’s a mix of package A and package C but you are the one that has to manage the agent. |

If I decide that I want to use your services what’s the next step? |

Once you have decide that you are going to work with Unique Interaction then we would send you an agreement and set a date for you to interview agents or if you like we can pick the agents for you. Once you have picked your agents a training date would be set and then we would decide on a start date. You would receive an invoice from us and once that invoice has been paid via bank transfer then the agents would begin working for you. |
